Berry Cheesecake



Bottom:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup sugar

Filling:
3 packs cheesecake
1 pack of sour cream
5 eggs
1/2 cup of whipping cream
4 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Frozen or fresh berries!


Bottom:
Mix 3 ingredients together (best if butter is slightly melted). Press into bottom of a 10 inch round pan. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Filling:
Cream the cheesecake, add the sour cream while mixing with electric mixer. Add one egg at a time till well mixed. Add whip cream, flour and vanilla!

Do not over mix!

Pour filling into the pan over the bottom.

Mix the berries with an electric mixer (with 2 table spoons of whip cream). Once mixture is liquid pour over the cheesecake, and spread fancily with a fork or knife.

Bake for 1 hour at 325, then turn off oven and leave cheesecake in the oven for another 30 minutes. Let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate!

You are done! Bets to refrigerate over night!
